Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). Flexible 1 to 2 hours Some times if coming late but not everytime.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Sharing other department work/s. Toxic work culture. Daily Targeting with other department/level works. With one or the other. No Value for the work done. Says it's your job. If you raise your voice they will cut down the importance to you. If you write any mistake in an email and immediately write another email to ignore previous one then they will punch you on your face. Happened to me once.
