Sharing other department work/s. Toxic work culture. Daily Targeting with other department/level works. With one or the other. No Value for the work done. Says it's your job. If you raise your voice they will cut down the importance to you. If you write any mistake in an email and immediately write another email to ignore previous one then they will punch you on your face. Happened to me once.

worst managment, leaders all baised people, no proper planning & executions All Blame Games, power games, Slavery, no learning, no culture of Collective learning and information Sharing, you cannot relay on anyone. if you join Support functions then you are 100% Buried no one can help your carrier and your psychological issues.

Since this is my first company to work... I have some amazing experiences along side ...I had the opportunity to travel to all the manufacturing locations and R&D sites.......Where i had learnt some of the good aspects in this company.

Trainings plan and Skill development is something where more focus is required.
