1) Rapido 2.0 Double your inputs, double your outputs, Increase working hours but Same salary and No promotions 2) "0" work life balance. You get to work on Saturday & Sunday as well along with 5 weekdays 3) Exponential targets that cannot be reached 4) 15 to 20% low pay than market 5) Helpless HR team 6) Unsatisfied employees (due to extended work hours, less pay etc)

Founders tryin to Maintain transparency with employees. The salary is delivered on time.

Dislikes

Some of the old employees in the senior positions think that they were granted their position, no one can remove them. You will fired from job any time without any reason. PIP is common here. HR busy in Fun Friday, Rangoli making, cake cutting, Birthday celebration etc. no one will listen your voice. Think 1000 time before join here. Totally wrost culture. before join this company you need degree in Chatukaarita.

Company pay the few months salary in covid19 lockdown time it's really great now I am so disappointed because I am rejoined in rapido but my salary pay is reduced by company that's experience is too bad

Company paying salary package too low - i am also experience candidate but company paying too low package to compare before lockdown package so I am dislike about working at rapido before CTC is 13k but now paying 12k so I am not interested
