The chairman of the Company is enthusiastic and having lot of time ideas, sometime this makes to think beyond the box.

Dislikes

The Indian Management is pathetic. Neither they have the passion not the knowledge to run the show. They are dumb and highly political. not at all place for intelligent people.

Working hours and Saturday Sunday offs. Previously the director was very supportive and understanding but later the director was changed and ...

Dislikes

Work culture differs from team to team, no extra allowance or OT, indian holidays n festival holidays r very rare, lack of managerial experience, politics, managers were in front of their employees are different and in front of the seniors. The superiors doesn't know what problems their employees are facing against their reporting managers and they doesn't want to get involved into this issues.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
