...ure.very bad organization with out any management.They dont care about employee.i was working there a year before,yet i have not received my salary.Now the Hr does not response my calls.

I learned lot of things in rao iit academy. Im currently working rao iit academy at mumbai andheri head office..Im happy to be here. Work environment of rao iit academy is very friendly and supportive.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that sales department.

compensation is decent, but growth is low. The work place is little bit high.

Company Environment is good plus salary is credit on time but tasks are always unknown and frequent transferred from one branch to another but management is still working fine over i was statisfied but not so cool with my department i.e. marketing rest all is good

They all are fraud. Please beware of them. They can dupe you. They will not give you salary, they just use you for their own benefit only. They will not pick your call and will ignore you as if you don't exist for them once their work gets done !

Working here is very stressful as you will not get salary on time. 3-4 months delay will be there. You will be trapped. Have to face so many insults, directly indirectly. No value/respect will be given. Will be treated as a tissue paper.
