Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Worst people who are on body Not given my pending salary of 3 month's... Work environment is worst... They do harrasment of employment It's better to live jobless instead of joining this company

Ek employees ka kam karwake 4/6 mahine salary na dena matlab harrasment hi toh hai Aur agar employees call msg kare toh respond bhi nahi karte hai.. Humanity nahi hai

They all are fraud. Please beware of them. They can dupe you. They will not give you salary, they just use you for their own benefit only. They will not pick your call and will ignore you as if you don't exist for them once their work gets done !

Nothing to like here. Don't waste your time, energy and health by joining here. Zero growth.

Dislikes

Working here is very stressful as you will not get salary on time. 3-4 months delay will be there. You will be trapped. Have to face so many insults, directly indirectly. No value/respect will be given. Will be treated as a tissue paper.

I was able to learn about how offline education sector works and what are day to day branch related issues

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Management is least concerned about their employees, they don't pay salaries on time I left the company in 2020 still they have not paid my last three months salaries their top management says go ahead if you want top sue us go for it, as it wont make any difference
