Low salary, No Paid Leaves, Rude HR & Manager, Favouritism at work, Delay in Salary by 1 month, No Insurance, HR are not qualified for there Hr jobs. There are few derogatory remarks for Meenakshi Uppal. She is HR in Rank My Business but total pathetic person for this role.

It’s offering me remote working mode and there are never Saturday-Sunday working. So far, it have helped me with work-life balance. We never work after working hours or holidays. Managers, team leaders are friendly and kind. No politics or tricky situations for remote employees. It’s great for my peace.

Dislikes

The company don’t encourage learning and growth. They don’t give promotions, bonuses, salary hike, Diwali gifts or anything related. You may feel like stuck and unable to grow in this company. The only way to grow is to leave.

They care about their employees, have fun and work hard. You are given the freedom to forge your own path and generate ideas to help contribute to the success of the company. They give their employees opportunities to work on interesting projects. I really feel fortunate to work for a company that has handled the impacts of Covid pandemic so thoughtfully and gracefully. Best company I have ever worked with :)

I have been working here since 2021. The employees are very cordial.

The thing which I dislike the most is the washrooms, We have to wait a long to use the washroom & I one thing I would like to enlight is that there should be two microwaves in the office one is for veg and the other is for non Veg .
