Vertical business management, clarity of thought and requirements... As they are not clear during hiring whether the candidate is apt for their organisation (even if they are shown a wide portfolio). The lack of clarity is to the extend that one season they will hire a designer, and the next a buyer for the same vertical.

I have been working as a Digital Marketing and E-commerce Manager for the company and have enjoyed each day of working here as I get a myriad of learning experiences on a daily basis.
