Vertical business management, clarity of thought and requirements... As they are not clear during hiring whether the candidate is apt for their organisation (even if they are shown a wide portfolio). The lack of clarity is to the extend that one season they will hire a designer, and the next a buyer for the same vertical.

Rangsutra is a women-led company owned by artisans from craft centres of rural India. I have been working as a Digital Marketing and E-commerce Manager for the company and have enjoyed each day of working here as I get a myriad of learning experiences on a daily basis. The work they have done is phenomenal as one of India's early social enterprises who have reached scale while maintaining integrity and showing respect to their work. The teams at each office have a very healthy culture where there are awareness workshops and compliance meetings taking place at all times to make sure that the employees of Rangsutra are essentially part of the same community, the same family.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike, but one thing I would like to add is career growth is slow.
