There is lot of politics and management doesn't address. Salary is decent but career growth is slow and poor. There is certain group of people with plant head control and these People are doing most of it politics with name of plant head. Daily we have run behind some problem. No relaxation will found in this plant. Kindly don't come to this plant. U will lose u r personal life and happiness.

The overall work exposure for an secretarial trainee was good and stipend was above industry standards

Dislikes

I worked in secretarial team and had very bad experience during my articleship. AGM and GM are very good at abusing and harassing the staff and they show no professionalism. There was no freedom at work and micromanagement was at its peak. My boss expected the team to work all day and most of the days they expect you to stretch beyong working hours let's say 9pm or 10pm and one time I even stayed till 1am midnight all this being an intern. The work pressure is not an issue but agm and gm are very cunning and manipulative and also they do interfere in other people's personal life. After I joined many of my seniors resigned due to the harassment and abuse and urge people not to join secretarial team of rane
