Work life balance was good during my tenure, managers were also with no micro management. Had very little to highlight in likes

Dislikes

No career growth with very little scope of job satisfaction. No yearly Bonus which is not as per industry standards. Work was not as par with what I was told during interview.

I love working for a company who takes pride in placing the most qualified candidates with the right position at companies who are literally making the world a better place and honored to be apart of it.

Dislikes

Nothing. So far, 5 months in I still love Randstad and am confident if I work hard I will have a rewarding career here, no doubt!

There is a lot of politics and the management does not listen to the employee problems or concerns, they only listen to the Team lead and other manager and take quick decision and think thatvthey have done an amazing job by terminating people who performs well and give good closures. i dont know about the other teams but the ITA lead and the HRBP are very good at terminating people who does and amazing work and just terminate them for small and silly reasons.
