Randox is excellent company for any professional . Good working environment.Management is very supportive. Compensation & Benefits are not satisfactory. No SOP for customer care.

Best company in diagnostics field with good facility , culture and environment. All superior and office staff behaviour are good , learning environment with good leadership. Management is very good .

Dislikes

They should be clear on Increment and bonus , as god know who decide .

Form my experience company culture regarding hierarchy is very good, all levels get same amount of pay regarding expenses and also their is no boss culture , everyone need to work on field individually. Also company has policy to give time to non performing employees. Allowance structure is good.

Dislikes

No year on year increment. Policy of profit share/incentives is not at all transparent, nobody will share how it is calculated. Highly dependent on H.Q people and NSM, Very monopolistic policy. No career growth, many loop holes in systems. actually no realistic or practical systems are there to encourage transparent work culture. After sales or support system is very slow. Major stock out issues. Company is very slow, suddenly they will wake up and pressurize everyone to do works which they can highlight to owner.

...ot of technical learning opportunities. Some places Company policies are superb. The company pays your salary and expenses in time . .

Dislikes

The analysis of a persons honest hard work is missing due to politics, There are very few growth opportunities . Overall what i feel is that good people are not rewarded well they are been punished for there hard work . Your time in the company depends on your manager not on your hard work . A hard working person should be relocated to other division or managers, this way the company will never loose good people.

There is no work pressure, You will work own your work style and no one manager will interfere in your work until you will give numbers in term of business, company policy is employ friendly.

Dislikes

there is just one issue, that might be you will not get increment every year , there is no salary increment policy.
