They can terminate you at any time, and with the resign they provide you, you don't have to prepare; that just had to sign on resign, also You will never get to know when the exact time you will get your final settlement. They sign a bond for not to disclose any information outside of organizations, Sometimes they pending your settlement for more than 5 or 10 months; even I have seen a 1-year file that never settled your necessary experience letter or other documents.
