Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

I liked nothing about this company

They told me that my sample video was good and selected me for their video project. They added me to a WhatsApp group. Asked for contact information and everything. They send the contract agreement copy. I signed that and submitted it. They also asked for bank account details and I provided them all. After that, they removed me from the WhatsApp group and never contacted me again. What are these kinds of behavior? If you don't want to take me then why did you send an agreement copy and asked for bank account details? Never trust them. They take the question and answer from Chegg and make video solutions for those. The payment per question is very less. If you solve these questions in Chegg you will get Rs. 168 per question. And they give you only Rs. 25 for each question. They provide you answers but you have to understand it and make the video, so it takes a lot of time. The answers to the questions they provide are quite big and have a lot of things to explain. But your video should not be more than 2 minutes. Is it ever possible?
