Dont join it. Just dont! Haven’t cleared my stipend from 2 months even after completion of internship. And not just me , this is the story of every employee. You will have to ask for your hard earned money like a beggar. You will have to remind them again and again , writing mails . And cofounders! Shit they are! They fight all the time that impacts badly upon other people in organisation. Professionalism-0 Work culture- doesn’t even exist All Managers are nothing just old employees and they behave like you have entered a boarding school. Some of them are creeps! If you are a girl! This place is not for you And if you are a boy , then also . They are not generating any revenue and every penny earning is going in resolving issues between the cofounders. A person who dont need money for work can go

Everything. If you are joining , you will get to know after a month. I am writing this in february- they haven’t even cleared reimbursement due from December. Majboori ho to hi jana!

At an individual level, my mentor helped me realize my true potential and passion for writing. At an organizational level, the heads at Rancho Labs are very considerate about employee satisfaction as productivity arises out of it.
