Initially Rana Polycot limited was among the best companies having a good scope for career growth,learning, exposer , nice salary package and time to time appraisal, job security etc but since last 3/4 years company is facing heavy financial problem, bad shape of plant and machinery, salaries full and final, other due all sort of fringe Benifits are not paid to employees. This financial crunch happens due to diversion of funds to other group companies by the promoters. Current job seen is very critical
