Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Hardly there's something that could be appreciated. Don't buy the positive comments. those are faked one from existing employees.

Dislikes

One of the worst organisation, that I ever encountered. It's a bullsh*t organisation, where there are no teams or hierarchy but everyone is either a manager/director. Usual mode of operandi is Hire and Fire in few months. They just hire people to clean their mesh, once it's done, immediately they will terminate you.

I have started my career with meddiff technologies as a fresher I have server 3.10 odd months. Projects are great but management is worst. Unnecessary meeting with useless results. No benefits or HR policies just work work. Friendship is very much required to survive in the company. over all I have good and bad experiences.
