You will get the salary on time. Your office environment depends on your luck, regarding collegues and office location.

Dislikes

No skill development, bad maintenance of office and lack of basic facilities. They don't have power back in case of power cut, no canteen facility, offices in isolated places. Not a good company for females. Essential services company, so no holidays even if it's corona or floods.

...unity with best future goal. Our team mate are fully supportive and cooperative. Company policies for all employees is very good at parallel pathway with good CTC or salary hike.

i like to work with re sustainability because this company give on time salary, Safety training, Appraisal ,Insurance and company always give support any situation eg. Corona time company was given all PPE and Financial support .

Monopoly decisions are observed in increments and work related decisions. HR won't listen to employees and they take the decisions given by manager. Toxic work environment.

They don't give you F&F settlement on last day of relieving. We need to beg for letters and f&f, and amount for serving notice and leaves don't ask just think you have put money in donation for them. DGM level is keeping egos and stopping f&f and letters is the worst scenario i have faced. Salary will be given high only for new recruits old employees let them be there no problem.
