Feeling great to working here and used to learn new things everyday. Salary will credited on dates,but the increments & appraisals are also mandatory.its not satusified for the work they are getting from us.The future will be good Ramky teaches you lot.

Monopoly decisions are observed in increments and work related decisions. HR won't listen to employees and they take the decisions given by manager. Toxic work environment.

Dislikes

They don't give you F&F settlement on last day of relieving. We need to beg for letters and f&f, and amount for serving notice and leaves don't ask just think you have put money in donation for them. DGM level is keeping egos and stopping f&f and letters is the worst scenario i have faced. Salary will be given high only for new recruits old employees let them be there no problem.
