It is all about hr...who work there...there is no job security atall in entire ramee....hr only do recruitments, payroll, joining exit formalities,, there is exit interview... auditor they terminate people like anything...if they inocent.... specially mr.sheryas....after terminate candidature hr come to know after 10 days like candidate terminate....i survive this company because of my work and support of mr.Nihit sir and mr.Nischith sir...i would like to Infrom you all before u join ramee please think more thn 100 times... people have questions they ask me why, wht how u doing the work and all i open to answers

In onwards manegement, they don't have policy...they don't grant policies.....

Company as working on cost and save man power costing which is not good they need to improve the management and lower staff need higher all department which lot's of work on housekeeping department which is maintained low staff it is not good for companies
