Language Barrier for outsiders, Hard to work if you are not good in local language. People follow less importance for email and communication. Mostly they do work if we practically in Person request them.

...can handle at once. If we handle also no recognition in terms of commercials. In my scenario i worked daya and night for 1 year then received a compensation hike of 2%. Done 5 projects in span of 1 year and all went LIVE successfully but in terms of hike NILL.

People that i am working in a team are nice.when it comes to package very poor. For project trainee its good platform to learn. But for long run its not recommanded.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths. I do received appreciation e-mails that are mostly unnoticed during the appraisals.
