Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

There is no system of work. You got salary of January in March. you never got leave in medical emergency. There is two non technical Site Incharge at one project they both give different directions to technical staff like project manager and Engineers. no job security they said that you will not come to work by tomorrow.
