Poor standard for Civil Engineer can't survey for a one month like a jail, civil engineer should work for more than 13hours, Sunday no leave, if take any leave on month salary will be deducted on the month, no cl/ml. If any staffs injured immediately send home treatment will start temporary and send home immediately medical allowance will not provide from company. GM will shout in front of all as third grade. Education will not give importance. Single Engineer should take load of one tower. Only uneducated people's can survey in there or family situation only stay there. Poor standard of quality and safety. I am not a civil engineer but i know about Civil Engineer has deep trouble in there.One month salary will hold always. Rooms for staying for staffs as a labour shed. All in site only you can't go out of site without permission even in Sunday Evening.

High pressure from management need to face as a third grade language. Respect will not get a little bit.

The work will be anytime, good for a eager Learner.. who can sacrifice his health and time..

Work life balance is not there , they can hire anyone lack of knowledge.. they need just civil diploma or degree candidates...

Salary or Appraisal doesnt come often to employees working in a Company under Construction Sector and also Covid 19 has too contributed its part on this

I got lot of Engineers frds and develop my aluminum formwork skills while company working time finally i got lot of experience in civil field ( hard work corruption,food accommodation managing skills etc..)

Top level Engineers Like PM GM are worst character people
