here in RAMAKRISHNA MISSION SEVA PRATISTHANW teammates r too good, here is better opportunity for learning purpose I mean skill will be grow very well, job security is much better than others.

Here in Rkmsp salary is too poor, working pressure is too high, no intensive, no performance bonus, after joining when time will be past for taht reason mental growth will be decreased.

Working at RKMSP was an amazing experience! I had the opportunity and to work under the best consultants in Kolkata. I learned a lot. My colleagues, Seniors and Juniors alike, were amazing and very helpful. Especially Dr. Malay Biswas. Never the less I owe my experience to RKMSP. There were vast diversity in the cases we attended and the opportunity to learn from the best. OPD, IPD, PICU, NICU.....the scope of learning and hands on experience is great. If you are a fresher it's a great place to start.

This Hospital is well maintained and well management and well service to all types of patients and all staffs are very sweet behavior and careful for that organization. I never worked other Hospital in life .I worked there more than 37 years, now I'm retired and job less.
