Working in place like Ramada Khajuraho which is more owned by the owner than the brand gives you opportunity to work in freedom. You can explore more and might not get appreciated for that but no one will question you.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Salary, work hours, n appreciation is what keeps people motivated towards there company which is almost nowhere in it. Been here for a year had fun didn't learned much or couldn't experiment much because of lack of ingredients. There was no Job Satisfaction.
