I Was On Stipend (Give You Your Joining Letter Very Late After 5 year and in that letter they will mention the first day from which you have joined Between That Time You Will Not Be Able To Proof In Other Company That you work here And If You Prove It Then Other Company Will Not Count It In Your Experience As You Don't Have Any Kind Of Paper related To Your Joining Letter, Salary Silp Etc. They Will Give You Cash Money On Monthly Basis).

All above prospects I give negative marking because no stability in the job at Rama phosphates limited, They provided work of all dept overall the day and end of the day shouting and making loud voice for insulting. They do not provide any training and feel you are a junior and nonsense people in front of other people. Mr RK Gupta and Mr Sanjay Sharma doing favoritesum in the company

Teammates are excellent, learning independently is very good so that we can decision on our own, work environment is very good, politics are not found in this Company, work comfortable is very good also work life balance is as per our own like urgent work is given first priority.

I don't think there is any dislike about working the only is that yearly increment is only average but it is okay.
