As per my experience in maintenance mechanical as a Dy. Manager really it's good working with job satisfaction and more ability for our skills development organisation.

Promotion period is more than 05 year it's to much more

Freedom on work. Minimum interference of top management on day to day working. My colleagues come from various background and co-operative. There is almost no kick out unless some one do any mischief.

Dislikes

Since it is a medium scale organisation there is less opportunity of career growth. Average compensation & benefit. Encouragement for good work is absent.
