Good work environment and culture. And company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hoke and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I Working in nicu department in incharge post. I proud to be working in this hospital, the great staff IPR with the all staff and patients and hardworking. All doctors supporting with the all staff and patients it's highly appreciated.

Nothing. There is no facilities to perform basic surgeries and deliveries but the patient load is huge and the crowd can get very nasty when something isn't done their way management gives zero support but talks big about doing more development however it is all a lie and don't be trapped
