If you want to exploit yourself please join ralli international school, this is the hard core reality of the school. The people on higher post are with out teaching experience. This is a proper Lala type of school which is established by the chair man to stand his son and daughter in law who was earlier in shoe business.They make pressure on staff. They force teachers to deposit a large sum of money at the time of joining which is completely unethical.

There is nothing good about this organisation. They only get people to fire them without zny solid reason. The management works on their whims and fancies. There is unorganised random work to do. Teachers are not given scope to relax or even take leaves. They are called back to school if taken a leave suddenly due to unforeseen circumstances. If anyone wants to slog without productive outcome , job insecurity and stress, JOIN this school.

I have worst experience with ralli international school.They always demotivate teachers.No respect for teachers.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high.All the time teacher have to be ready for new work without any prior notice.They insult teacher in front of parents.
