Manager who is so called second line is responsible to damage image of company. 8.Manager only prepare shift schedule and laugh every time. 9.Before join Raks production be clear with job role. 10. Internal department work distribution is not good. If you will do some work they give you full charge of that particular work and never ever appreciate your work coz you are junior!.
