RAK is a good company to work with. Management and Seniors are very helpful. When I joined as Management Trainee, I got lot of support from Mumbai office and my local boss. We got chance to interact with CEO sir multiple time during the course of one year. We use to receive calls often from HO CEO office Rekha madam is my favourite, she also joined as Management Trainee in the company, so she was able to understand our problems, my RM always praised her. Rekha madam, Cynthia madam, Atul sir & Niraj sir use to call us time to time to take review. Atul sir is also helpful, he gave us training thrice in Samalkota and also through teams call. I miss RAK very much.

In a span of 1 year my location was changed twice. There is a huge difference between CTC & In-hand salary.

...t one and half year. I am fully satisfied with the work culture of this company. Salary and other benefits come on time. It's a UAE based MNC having world class facilities for the employees.

Timings: in time morning 9 am Out time evening after 6 pm Monday to Saturday working day's Worst managers and management No work life balance, we can work like donkey s, not humans. Less salary.. managers,

...led and can be asked to stay till night. Always had to stay more than 9-10 hrs. Compensation is very less compared to work. Higher Officials likes people pleasers, treat as bonded labours not asked to sit in 1-2 hours conversation inside cabin. No future as people have been working from 9-10 years with meagre 20-25k salaries.

Tragic management squeezing their employees salary. Fortline employees suffering huge salary cut. Useless management trying to hide their inefficiency from RAK uae by adjusting thier loss by cutting employees salary and allowance comparing to other Brand in Industry. Rak is a Super Brand. But Substandard people in Top management is expoiting Brand RAK.
