Timings: in time morning 9 am Out time evening after 6 pm Monday to Saturday working day's Worst managers and management No work life balance, we can work like donkey s, not humans. Less salary.. managers,

...led and can be asked to stay till night. Always had to stay more than 9-10 hrs. Compensation is very less compared to work. Higher Officials likes people pleasers, treat as bonded labours not asked to sit in 1-2 hours conversation inside cabin. No future as people have been working from 9-10 years with meagre 20-25k salaries.

Tragic management squeezing their employees salary. Fortline employees suffering huge salary cut. Useless management trying to hide their inefficiency from RAK uae by adjusting thier loss by cutting employees salary and allowance comparing to other Brand in Industry. Rak is a Super Brand. But Substandard people in Top management is expoiting Brand RAK.

Lack of Innovation Sleepy Management - Unprofessional VP, CEO Fund management (currently with 800cr CFO, need 2000 cr CFO)

Too Many Buttering Atmosphere, Chaaploosi Pasand Log, So Many Polictics, Ristedaar Bhar Rakhe Hai, 2 Person are running the company CEO & CFO on their own will. the person who didnot follow their chaaploosi they fire them. no job security, immediately they will fire. i am vicitm, so pl donot join them utill you have any big compulsion..
