Salary is decent and it is not a con as sugar industries itself is not performing well. Secondly, like in other companies, there is politics also. I personally feel that one has to undergo these things to handle it effectively in future.

Climate is enjoyable. Assured water supply. River belt areas.

Dislikes

Viability of the unit as cane area gradually comes down. Labourers scarcity for all operations. The farmers is hesitating to plant cane. It is tough to bring cane quantity to meet out the equilibrium point of crushing. Competitive crops like banana, vegetables.

Likes

Family like atmosphere is the highlight. Great mentorship and good management team.

Dislikes

During covid, losing my job, which was not expected even in my dreams. Because I loved Rajshree Sugars organisation as my extended family.

If you have potential, then this is a good place to grow (for non technical jobs). "Learn and fly" is the only phrase I could say.

Dislikes

Politics is from top to bottom. There is no constructive mechanism to address problems. People working here (Technical) are experienced but lacks leadership. Work life balance is poor.

Likes

For me I feel good working at Rajshree Sugars because I gained good experience and exposure. Moreover having a good team for guidance and support. On the whole for me nice company to work.

Dislikes

One and only reason - delay in growth especially for me. Otherwise ok.
