...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The infrastructure of plant.

Dislikes

1) The working culture of company is very negative. 2) employees' jobs are not secure. 3) poor working culture & management. 4) the owner of the company always behaves very rudely with the staff. like they are bonded labours of them. 5) It was my bad decision to work with rajhansh Nutriment Pvt. Ltd. 7) After completing all Reliving formalities they are not reliving my F&F payment. also. 8) in short it is a "Shethiya/ Lala " company & there is no working system there. 9) attrition ratio is very very high.
