No promotion and no salary increment on time, no bonus in diwali only give 250 rs bad quality sweet just like begger, delay salary after 10th , bonus deduction every month but they don't pay in diwali. 0 training and development

Appraisals are fair, management personally review increment for each position and give good Salary hike and Bonus every year. I am sure that working in Rajhans will be a dream for many people who know company culture and management. It's been 10 years now, have seens ups and down in the market but Rajhans is growing slowly and steadily each day because of the management's vision. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me to get a taste of different roles within the company. Have learned so many things and enjoying working in Rajhans. Every Vertical and Departments got salary in Covid 19 Lockdown. Best thing is that whatever salary % cutted for 4 months during lockdown we get the cutted amount in salary when office started. Your suggestions, feedback and complains in terms of new idea, better quality, process improvement is taken seriously by the higher management that is best part of it. I love the fact that i am part of a company that provide quality product and best services that market can trust, love and rely. There are N number of facilities available for employees from Canteen, Gym, Yoga Room, Game zone, Library, Mother toddler Room, Karaoke Rooms, Nap Rooms, Auditorium etc... My office is my 2nd home, we celebrate almost all the festivals & days with great fun. Whatever i know about Management is that they do not invest much in the promotional CSR but they definitely believe in helping their extended family(Employees & Labours) whenever require.

Good salary packages, excellent HR department. Selection of Agency and core suppliers are good. Excellent conspets

Due to corporate politics hard to survive, job security may be in danger, any time termination take place for silly reasons,, None cares our secrifices

...lue j nathi. Khali nam ni j corporate company che. Job security koi che j nai. Company pase faltu kam mate budget che but staff ni salary increment mate kai nathi. Salary bo j late thai che. Every festival ma koi Engineer e site per aavnu. Company ma partiality bo j thai che.

The manager and assistant manager pot run their own house rules, Rajhansh no par rule and sop rule is not working, none of the association is satisfied with the behavior of these people, the contract and third party contract employees leave there. It was a burden to write, but I could only write this much
