Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Also, there is no on-job training for fresher. Hence that pressure is also here.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give normal salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is no any politics and the management address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is Not proper policy of given benefits payment period. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

They did not support their employee, Salary got deducted few man lost their job in covid lockdown

Salary is okay nut growth is slow. The work pressure is high. They do not have work ethics in the branch and managers do not value an individual's work who is sincere towards to their job.

Office politics is very very bad, Every one new employees are facing this. not easy to survive there for new employees, my god there senior management quickly takes design for terminate any one without hesitate, also transfer police is very poor.

Not good there, there no valus of your dedication and sacrifices,, there employees are machine only and nothing other this. office politics oh my god, very dangerous..many employees are survived this and goes to depression..

Owner is Fantastic but Nothing to like Their HRs live in a state of dilemma....they don't know which candidate, they have already talked and shortlisted, i myself has received many calls and was interviewed also, and received their reply that profile got shortlisted but kept on hold as of now, when I followed up and asked the status, HR says, your profile was not shortlisted, but I had her message in WhatsApp.

Their HRs behaviour and attitude
