...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The company is trying to get into the shape of a real multinational, specially after the acquisition by Brenntag but it will take time to change the overall work culture & work style. The top leadership team is really interested to change the overall picture of the organisation & putting in hard efforts for the same.

Dislikes

The Compensation is at par to the industry but the growth path is not defined & it was never discussed at all. In spite of putting heart & soul for the band development & after growing the volume by more than 200% in 3 years I haven't received even a single word of appreciation from any seniors..The new & innovative ideas never welcomed there & all the department would like to work in their proven & conventional way. Also there is not much focus on skill development of the employees. Personal favoritism is a part of the work culture..

Top management has no idea of Ground reality. Support at Ground level is pathetic Huge internal challenges - Supply, Communication. Response etc Lala Company trying to become MNC.

It's a good place for learning and developing individual skills. Cannot maintain work-life balance. Salary increment is not attractive as per the role and responsibilities.
