I thought that now a day i do working in a company its not sufficient. I want do work hard and more and more. I thought i have lot of talent but my talent is not use now a day in a company So i looking another job for my bright future.

The company is a fully integrated with procurement and production of the raw material to the end product. It is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. The owners of the company are very enterprising and are always very keen to keep pace with the changing trends in designing and colour patterns. They take deep interest in development of new products which has helped the company to grow at a fast pace globally. During my tenure as head of Quality Assurance team i found the management take specific interest in high quality standards at every stage of production and despatch. Team work is an essence and good work culture the byword in the company. No doubt the company has reached where it is today and looks set to achieve greater heights in the near future.

Very high work pressure. Lack of appreciation sometimes by the Owners and the GM as I was answerable to only.
