The campus is well-maintained and the food quality is hygienic and good, but it is completely vegetarian. Non-vegetarian food is not permitted on the college campus. The staff is well-behaved and polite, and if you come from outside of Maharashtra, they will guide you like a family member.

Dislikes

At the time of joining, the company does not provide transparency about its policies. They offer you a position under ADCC academy, not directly under the Raisoni group of colleges. Instead of an offer letter, they send a joining email from the HRD of ADCC academy, claiming that ADCC is a part of Raisoni. However, there is no documentation confirming that ADCC is a subsidiary of the Raisoni Group of Institutions. They require you to deposit your original marksheets during joining, or otherwise submit a security deposit of 1 Lakh rupees. Although you will be working for Raisoni, you won't receive proper documentation from them. This matter should be addressed transparently.

This job totally depend admission of student at my time they get out of job nearly half faculty . Also most of Sunday they taking goverment exame but not give alloted compassion to new staff whose doing supervison .

Being an Educational Institutions now trying to become a corporate culture and learing new skills is a good thing, freedom of things to be done for achieving goals. a Lot of Freedom for getting work done is a very good thing in Raisoni. also support from Management is a key Factor
