No job security if they are done with your service they wil terminate you. No work appreciation They don't have any qualified and experienced HODs. They verbally harras their employees. Hire and fire policy In a month they will hire 20 people they fire 25, if you join you can see only 3-4 old employee including HODs. No increments Kindly don't join this if you want long term commitment

They pay on time and have excellent infrastructure and space.

Dislikes

1) They will deduct your salary if you are absent even for a day. 2) If their attendance software fails and marks you absent, even if have worked on those days, they will not pay you for those days, even if you plead and provide them with evidence of you being present. 3) Hire and Fire policy. 4) They play with people's career. 5) They have a tendency to experiment with you and even if you work well but not as per their expectation, they will terminate you without hesitation. 6) Never allow them to use you as a trail product. Simply dont join them.

Infrastructure is good, pay salary on every 7 day of the month

Micromanagement, distrust, no leaves, no PF, no Insurance, no support, twice daily reviews, rigid management, toxic culture, more than 50% attrition, hire and fire policy, no compliance, unethical, illegal practices

Less Proxy , it's good. Timing also good. Teacher's workload also good.

Every Saturday working for teachers. Sandwich holiday - deduct your salary. No holiday - it means you need holiday supposed Saturday took holiday so deduct your salary Sunday also. So it's not good.

Everything, No equal opportunities. very low salary, rude and inhuman behaviour. They dint give me certificate even though I completed a year with them.
