Good package for fresher. You can enhance your skills on L1 and little bit of l2 levels

If you take stand for your self they start pressuting you other wise. All the reporting managers are good some time baad if you don't give your output perfect. Sometime you give your output but they don't see due to others mistake your have to listen.

Railtel is the best company for freshers in telecom sector. They gave us opportunity to work with different vendor equipments in NOC.

Dislikes

No growth in salary for outsourced employee and no other facilities i.e mediclaim

No career growth and very very bad work-personal life balance..they have very low manpower and no increment in salary like mnc or other network company (who really work hard and achieve goals)..no respect for outsource and third party employee..

Dislikes

...ery very poor .. actually no personal life who is in outsource or third party...and no career growth including no salary increment based on performance.
