The location of the corporate office is outside the city of Raichur, which disconnects the admin staff from easily commute to the organisation. The temperature at Raichur district is very high compared to Bangalore which makes it difficult to stay at Raichur.

Good work culture and 100% job security there is no chance of firing /layoff here Work life balance is very good here in this company you can spend a valuable time with your family while working while the company have a 5days working in a week and the company provides with good facilities for the employees

Dislikes

Here are the some of the points we may not like about this company is enough training here is not provided for the employees, Managers of all the department are not qualified so we will not get much things to learn here. Worse politics, Each & every department managers are from telangana/andhra states so those will support only for their own & those people will not support for employees who are from Karnataka and other state people

Work culture is good but superiors need to guide their juniors properly and they has to listen juniors ideas if those are good try to implement .

Dislikes

Trainee engineers trainee period is too long they are treating trainee as almost for 3 years by designation in document and salary vise only they are treating them as trainees but they are work more than their designation that is because they know the trainees ability assigning works ,formost things they should reduce training time give a designations according to ability that designation needs .
