They don't provide offer letters, appointment letters and even salary slips (in order to hide their minimum wages), and mainly the lady in-charge of HR operations is unqualified, doesn't have background in human resources management and also cunning in nature. If we ask for those letters, she says "we don't have such policy to issue them." She is not familiar with HR policies. If the senior management approves on a salary during the interview, the HR lady will reduce it after joining the company. Entire the system goes unprofessional. As a result, it is strongly advised that no one join this company without proper offer letter and appointment letters with salary details on it. Otherwise they can fire you at any time for no reason as it has already happened to many employees here.

Company is good at present company loss but salary and benefits are given Right times.increament given every years.

...ce rooms are clean and have air conditioning. Housekeeping service is excellent. Further more organizational benifits like consistent salary and other perks encourage local employees to stay longer for years.

...ws and hire qualified people for open positions without issuing an offer letter. Unprofessionally, they cut the salary after being assigned to the duty without informing the employees.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The company's culture is very unprofessional. It's an old organization. And there's group of senior employees who have been here for long time. And they are promoted to higher positions, but they are not qualified for these roles. When new qualified professional are hired, these senior employees often create an environment that forces the newcomers to quit. As a result no new employee can last long in this company. The owners A,B & C expect employees to treat them like gods. If you don't, you may be fired without any reason or notice period. The HR department is also a problem. The senior HR women employees, especially eldest is more interested in protecting her position until she retires. She refused to assign any work to new hires, and then shows them as un-productive to the management, leading to their termination. The management feels safe because they don't provide offer/appointment letters to employees, making the situation even worse.
