Pathetic work culture for teachers. Low salaries...hardly any increments. No fixed working hours. No student discipline,hence a lot of pressure from school and parents

I worked in Rahul International School in 2021 to 2022 as a assistant Primary teacher. 1St time I think it is good place for teacher because of the school name. But when I enter this school . I got experience very very bad. Nothing Is good in this school. principal Is very rude and bad behaviour person .she is not perfect person for this post. I don't no how she got that post. Teaching staff is only 4 members but they also not good. Management Is very poor . No one supportive member. They are not able handle any situation properly. Very dirty politics inside in school.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .the job training is not given to new joinees.

HR makes candidate sign PF form. But informs verbally that PF will not be paid. Terrible seating. No Air conditioner, only fans. Music keeps on playing in accounts department. No accounts systems in place. Utter garbage

Teacher's are very helpful, always provided support and guidance, talented and hardworking teachers with positive working environment. Always teacher's come with unique ideas regarding academic and extracurricular activities.
