...mates are very freindly and co-operative. Project managers train the new comers. But there is little chances of career growth, also salary growth is poor. All travel expanses are to be borne by emoloyee as company does not provide any such expanses. Politics risen in recent days due to castism. Poor balance of work life, no innovative nature found. There is no healthy work enviornment as company donot provide basic facilities like toilet, drinking water, first aid, seating arrangement at least for lunch hours, etc.

Company treat employees as a coolie.

Environment of office is very good and staff is also supporting. But the thing any individual want is growth. Its difficult with MSME. though there is a lot to learn. As an Finance Executive i got opportunity to look after accounting and Taxation part, which helped me to gain knowledge on both the side.

Dislikes

Its not a dislike but as i mentioned in my review about working with Rahul Construction is "Growth". We all want growth after few years like a next step in professional life. So for me growth factor in professional life is "Vital".
