...en supported in my professional growth throughout these years by the management. Even during the pandemic, when the entire legal fraternity was constrained and others were cutting back on salaries and increments, the firm looked to the welfare of all its personnel across the board. The firm has not held back from providing flexibility to its employees and lawyers through seamless transition and supportive work from home/hybrid policy. It also acknowledged the hard work of all lawyers and staff and as a means of motivating us all has not held back any salaries or increments and even bonuses. The firm has paid all salaries unconditionally and also shared bonuses and increments. It's indeed wonderful to be associated with this firm and with everyone at this place!

...poor. The company is panny but politics is high. do not respect their employees. Salary is stuck till the finalization of invoices If salary increases from April then he gives salary from June to April and deduct. All the partners are puppet of Rahul Chaudhry. They don't have their opinion.

...an opportunity to grow as a professional and we are encouraged to give our best. The pay and perks are at par with the industry standard or actually even better. The colleagues and management are all helpful and approachable at any given time. Instances of office politics, as seen at other places are nil and the objective of everyone around is to provide the best services to the client and for the firm to do well.

Rahul Chaudhry & Partners is a leading IP firm giving loads of exposure in terms of independent handling of matters, court appearances and substantial client interaction. From my own experience, the firm is very supportive of young lawyers to the extent that the firm lets you brief/interact with clients/senior advocates on a one on one basis. As regards the firm atmosphere, I gained an experience of excellent 05 years with the firm, including my colleagues at work.

There were occasions where we were required to work late at times, however worthwhile to gain valuable work-ex.

I worked in Rahul Chaudhry & Partners. The firm is one of the biggest names in Intellectual Property Rights, and working on a wide variety of matters for some of the biggest Companies was a great learning experience. It provides a remarkable mentorship program wherein the associates get the opportunity to work directly with the Partners. It helps in the progression of a professional in terms of assignments, skill development and overall professional development. This place encourages the attorneys to take responsibility and is quick in assigning roles to the heard working & talented lots.

Dislikes

They do not hold any internal get togethers and are strict with timing.
