This is a very good company the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable , high-quality products and has a global clients base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very hight.i have to work 12-16 hours. Manager do not value an individual s' unique strength, which is why I have to take back suggestions most of the time.there is no on-job training for fresher.

...expansion or development of new products nor they understand the market demands. Compensation is decent but growth is poor. They don't value Humanity, as I made numbers of request to the Senior Management & HR Managers to hold my job transfer (relocation to Noida) for 3-4 months so that I could take care of my father who was badly injured in an accident, but unfortunately they had been so rigid and unfortunately I had to resign & also lost my father after 6 months. I never afraid of the work pressure but love to meet the challenges in developing new innovative products & the market as well. HR Department & Team is just for name sake and they don't value an individual's unique strengths, that's why work environment is also not healthy and it's an organization for the people capable in buttering & flattering.

My overall experience at the company has been good. Getting to start as an intern and move into a full time position I got the opportunity to learn a lot from coworker. It had been an amazing work experience.

Annoying co-worker,low pay,inflexible work schedule.

There is huge scope of improvemet in processes.

Management is not ready to bring a change in processes, salary hike and promotion is negligible, language is abusive, Qualification and expertise are not valued, skill development is zero

...tive and the management is transparent company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot politics and tha management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on tha job training is not given to new joinees.
