There are few challenges in working at Raheja Qbe. Since the company is still new, building brand recognition and convincing agents to join can be difficult. Recruiting the right agents and ensuring consistent business generation also required significant efforts and persistence. No job security. Most of the employees were asked to resign with 3 months salary or notice period. Company is not ready to infuse working capital for day to day business. No long term plans.
