There are few challenges in working at Raheja Qbe. Since the company is still new, building brand recognition and convincing agents to join can be difficult. Recruiting the right agents and ensuring consistent business generation also required significant efforts and persistence. Additional, as with a sales driven role, meeting targets and handling client objections can be stressful at times. However, theses challenges also present opportunities for growth and learning

Pathetic experience and no clarity of goals. Top management is always busy in dirty politics.

Pathetic experience, work culture and job security. Zero clarity on goals and big communication gap among top management staffs.

Initially they have given all the support for business later on decided to stop

No job security. Most of the employees were asked to resign with 3 months salary or notice period. Company is not ready to infuse working capital for day to day business. No long term plans.

Company fosters a collaborative. The team is supportive and upper management is approachable.
