Company provides exposure by introducing international level of construction.

Dislikes

...any is good as they deals in quality product but their hr policies are not good. No hike, no bonus, no incentives, no team gathering or outing. No motivating factor.

Honestly nothing to like. ( 2024 employee)

Dislikes

1. Poor Management . 2. Unnecessary employee harassment. 3. Delay / Holds the salary whenever they want to and without any reason 4. Threatening about termination in every single meeting. 5. No appraisal /promotions 6. The management focus on stupid things like getting pictures rather than doing actual work 7. NO FNF if you resign, HR doesn’t know how to communicate on Email.
